Toast 9 Manual

My Toast 9 came with the Roxio VHS to DVD software but there is no manual or any kind of instructions to help with this program. Where can I get a manual for Toast?

I don't have a copy of Toast 9 Basic to look at right now but the manual is the guide that can be selected in Toast Help. Is that available on your copy?
