Does anyone know how to get around this? I have done everything the users guide step by step but still nothing.

One time when this happened to me I trashed the Streamer plist file in my User>Library>Preferences folder so that relaunching Streamer asked me to register. I had to enter a different registration. You might give that a try.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

I can not seem to find a plist file in that location for Streamer... would it be streamer.plist? I get nothing under that.

I do have the program up and running and can view files within the program, but not over the internet, where I get no user of that name type errors.
