how to chang filters for photo suite

how do i change filters so i can edit my pictures in photo suit they are all php file im trying to change they mpeg files

Take a little time to read what you post.  It will prevent a bunch of posts asking what you are asking.  Read what you typed and not what you think you typed.

MPEG are video files; are you taking videos with a still camera?   I don't know what php files are except a special format for adding information.  Are you sure you don't mean png?

Acceptable Image inputs: JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP, GIF
Acceptable Output formats: Image: JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP, GIF

A few people have been able to use mpeg files in Video Wave as video files; many have not.  It is not a supported format.

What camera do you have and other than editing them, what are you trying to do?

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
