I am using version 5.3 and lately I am unable to retrieve music cd titles when I am using label maker.   The problem began recently.  I have many cd's that I burned with easy maker and now I am trying to make the book labels for them and when I try to add CD content, no workee......help

If you're no longer able to retrieve stuff from the CDDB via the Internet, then it looks as if Gracenote [who now own the CDDB] have stopped talking to ECDC 5 again.

If you were retrieving stuff you stored on your own machine or reading from your discs and that has suddenly stopped then your ECDC may have suffered a break, or if you have applied Windows Updates they might well have broken it. If you suspect your ECDC software has broken, then try cleanly uninstalling it followed by a reinstall.
