Hello everyone! If you can help me with a video issue, actually lack of video viewing on Blu-Ray Disks. No video issues using dvd disks. There is audio while playing Blu-ray.
I have attempted to remove and reload the program, changed video resolution and monitor refresh rates and the issue remains. Anyone have any ideas? Your input is greatly appreciated

Win 7 Pro 64bit

It would help if you had mentioned what program you are talking about. Your post can the be moved to the correct forum.

As Big_Dave said, you need the Blu-Ray plugin to play them in CinePlayer. There are two Blu-Ray plugins. You need the Playback Blu-Ray plugin, here:

http://www.roxio.com/enu/products/creator/...k/overview.html

You will need the Creator 2010 software, also.
