Hi All,

Have a new issue.  I can create my DVD project just fine, get everything set but when I click burn the program doesn't recognize the DVD.  It says "This disk type does not match the project type....something...'  Then it ejects my DVD.

The disk is relatively new and is a DVD RW.  I tried using a plain DVD R and got the same message.

Just reinstalled the program so can't say this has worked in the past.

Any quick ideas??

Do you actually have a DVD burner, or a CD burner that only reads DVDs and can't burn to them.

List the make an model of your burner.

Also, try the PX 3 engine, here:

Try the PX Enginge, first.  Reboot, and see if you can burn.  If you can't try a different DVD.

Where do I extract the PX Engine to?

I ran the PX Engine program you indicated and restarted.  Still says to insert 'Valid Media'.  Tried a different DVD disk and got the same response.

Did you reboot your computer, after installing the PX engine?

Can you burn at all with that burner?  CD or a DVD, outside of the Roxio software?
