I bet not many people look at the "How TO" files that Roxio Creator 2010 provides in the Learning Center Tab.  If you click on the name, you'll get a short video' or if you click on the pdf link, you'll get annotated written text.  Here are the sections and the list of the resources.

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
