Caller: "Our printer is not working."
IT: "What's wrong with it?"
Caller: "The mouse is jammed."
IT: "Mouse? Printers don't have a mouse!!"
Caller: "Yes . . . "
IT: "Oh, really?"
Caller "I'll send a picture . . . . "

The mouse was probably just checking to be sure the printer was 'squeaky' clean.
