I'm using Windows Vista HP, SP2, and had Roxio Creator DE 10.2 pre-installed into my Dell computer when I bought it in September.

Opening to the submenu under Roxio --either "Home" or "Projects"-- it brings up a registration box and it's blank.  It just sits there on my desktop doing nothing. I had to do the CAD to close the box.  I have not registered yet,  and I can't use the application when it's doing nothing.   I want to use the program to burn data to my CD.

Is there something I missed?

Please help!

thanks!

Turn off your firewall and any pop-up blockers (those are the most likely cuplrits)
