Problems activating Sonic Cineplayer (MPEG Packs) MPEG packs problem

When I try to activate my Sonic CIneplayer I alway get an error message (MPEG Packs), which I duly send to Microsoft. But I get nowher. I have just spent 15 euros for a software that does not work.

Can anyone help me ?
