I have been using pinnacle, and I am not happy with it. I have a machine I just had built for vidio editing and I should not have a problem with freeze and crashing with video editing software. I do not have a problem with any of other software on the system. I have reading reviews on video software and on site rate the software 5 stars and other rates the same software 1 star. I just want to purchase a software that works.

Exactly what is it you are asking? Are you having trouble with Roxio freezing and crashing?
Please list your computer specs as well as stating plainly what you need info on.
As far as freezing, it could be anything from video drivers to hard disk space to just needing a simple hard drive defrag.
