Hi, Just purchased the CinePlayer DVD Decoder for download to my daughters computer that she got for Christmas. Won't finish the download when I enter the unlock code that came with my purchase? Goes to a screen that asks for internet providers proxy server & ports? Called my provider and we are not using any proxy servers or ports. Now it says I have used up my downloads trying to get this downloaded? Can anyone help? The phone # I have says it is a invalid number!!! Do you have a number for tech. support?? Thanks
