Hi Every One,
I am facing problem launching "Roxio Easy Movie Creator 9.0" when internet is not connected.
EMC 9.0 is launching only when Internet is connected.
I am using "Roxio OEM provided to me by Dell".
OS Windows Vista Home Premium 32 Bit.
Problem signature:

Ask Dell, they specified how their version of the program should work. We cannot help you here and if you try to get Roxio to help, they will probably give you the same advice.
The Roxio version of that software had limited Vista compatability. It was fixed with an update. Go to the Dell site to see if there is an update to your program. How long have you had it?

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
