Can anyone help me understand how to "fix" an installation I made of the Decoder pack 2.3.1 over the internet last Feb? The DVD player worked fine until recently and I can't pull up any program files that pertain to the decoder pack. Roxio and DigitalRiver are no help at all as they say I had a 30 day window to download the files. They told me to reactivate my CD key but I can't figure out how to do it or where to find it.
