DVD - Why isn't my audio coming in?

I have an .mpg file and a .aiff, both with matching names. When making a Blu-Ray disc, I drag the video file in, and the audio is found and matched by Toast. But when I tried doing this for the DVD, it just says No Audio, when I drag the video file in.

What am I doing wrong??
