j'ai un problème avec Sonic MYDVD
mon os: XP
pc HP pavillon
antivirus Bit Defender total security 2009
version du logiciel : Sonic DigitalMedia Plus v7
Sonic MYDVD est livré avec le pc sur la partition "D"
après une restauration du système suite à un système instable
au lancement de Windows, j'ai une fenêtre qui me réclame l'installation du package suivant MYDVD.MSI :

impossible de trouvé cette adresse sur la partition "C" c:\hp\tmp\src\





avez vous déjà rencontré ce problème

Je ne sais pas si HP fournit un disque d'installation pour MyDVD Plus, mais si vous l' avez, le fichier MyDVD.msi devrait se trouver sur ce disque, dans quel cas, cliquez 'Parcourir' sur la fenêtre et changez l'addresse la ou se trouve ce fichier sur le disque.

The OP will have to consult HP for this issue. Apparently, the restore partition that holds the application may not exist. Unless OP has original installation disc, there is nothing that could be done.

HP ne fournis pas de CD ni de DVD, mais a la premiere mise en service du PC il est demandé d'insérer un dvd pour faire une image disque, je vais explorer le dvd pour voir ce qu'il y a dessus

j'ai résolu mon problème

il suffit de désinstaller MY DVDPlus dans a l'aide du panneau de configuration ; ajouter/supprimer programme;
faire un nouveau point de restauration
et ensuite aller dans démarrer; tous les programmes;outils et aides;réinstallation d'application HP; installation des applications et suivre les indications
