Always a mismatch reported on photo cd burn Error reads"mismatch at sector..." for photos cd

Help, my mac shuts down Preview proving that there is a "mismatch at sector..." upon verification. Recommendation to shut down verification would not fix anything. It would not work anyway when the cd is played later Will this software be fixed? I am using the 10.5 Toast. This has happened many times with a variety of photos. Firmware update? Macs are updated all the time. HELP.
