Easy Media Creator 8 Error

I needed to reinstall my creator 8 in a desktop with XP. I go to install and get an error message.
Internal error 2753    slm_dispatch.dll 3D53BFFZ_BCAB_45D1_9CC4_C21C3 F657599
Can anyone help me?
