I run an Imac with Snow Leopard, Indigo Virus barrier and Netbarrier and I have always had problems downloading updates prior to Snow leopard and Toast 10. Previously I downloaded onto my PC and then transferred them. I would like to solve this problem once and for all - I am on the Roxio page 'update your software' I click on the 432mb and this takes me to the Roxio page 'customer care'. I click on Download software updates and then scroll down to Toast 10, this then takes me back to the 'update software page' and so it goes on.
Can anybody help me as I am finding it all so time consuming and frustrating?

You need to be logged in. When you are on this forum, up at the top left center of the page, click "Support." Then when you click to download the 432 mb file, it should start immediately. It does for me. If it does not, then there is probably something wrong with your registration. Re-do it.

Ok try this

BTW once the product, you don't have to register it again. All you need is to login with the credentials to download the update.

Thank you. I tried this again and it worked. I have tried that in the past and it did not work.

Anyway thanks once.
