Hello everyone I have had a problem with this for awhile and i am just now coming around to finally asking for help. After i Burn a dvd on toast 10 and i put it into the dvd player the playback is always choppy and looks like an old VHS tape. Is there something i can do to make it look like the quality of the original copy? I feel like i have tried everything like changing the bitrate speed and messing with all the settings in the encoding process. I must be doing something wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Try a different brand of blank disc. Try DVD-R instead of DVD+R (or vice versa).
