Toast 10 crashes Mac at 87% mark

Since upgrading to 10.6.2 today every time I try and burn a DVD at the 87% mark, and this is even with disk images, my Mac crashes.
I have repeated this now 11 times, and always the same.

What is going on and how do I now use Toast. I am using the latest update as of today.
