Toast changes folder names - Why?

When I start to do a DVD for Mac/PC with folders called "Utilities", "Applications" etc. Toast German renames these to "Dienstprogramme", "Programme". I even cannot change them. I don't think this makes sense as long as these folders don't belong to the user's folder. What can I do?

I have no experience with this issue but one option is to put a space ahead of the folder name so it doesn't have the actual OS directory name. Another option is to place the folders inside another folder.

I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
