I've been a long time Toast user and recently purchased Toast 10.  I've been successfully using Toast 9 with Turbo.264 (non-HD) with absolutely no issues.  I've since installed Toast 10 and when editing videos with the Toast 10 Video Player, I get garbled screens with a ton of green and missing audio.

I have OS X v10.6.2, updated the Turbo.264 drivers to 1.4 v311, and Toast 10.0.5.  Funny thing is as soon as I revert to Toast 9, everything works perfectly again!

Please help as I'd like to use the latest features in Toast 10!

Thanks for your help!

You might test this with earlier versions of Toast 10 as well if you have them. Send Feedback to Roxio via the Feedback link in Toast Help.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

Good idea; I know Roxio has v10.0.4 in the download area. I'll try that and then go backwards until I reach the version I purchased on CD.  I do find it strange that I haven't seen other posts with similar symptoms, but maybe others are not as quick to update.

I'll post any findings here...

Thanks for the reply Tsantee!

[UPDATE]
Well that was quick, wish I would have tried it previously it would have saved me a lot of troubleshooting.  Turned out to be something in the v10.0.5 update, as v10.0.4 works perfectly!  I'll send off some feedback to Roxio in hopes they fix it in an upcoming update...

Thanks again!

Thanks for the information.  I just went to edit a TiVo file last night and ran into the same issue with green video, no audio, and etc.  I shall try grabbing 10.0.4 as well.
