There was no manual with my software. Is there somewhere I can pick up some sort of "how to" book?

I presume you mean Toast 10. In any case, go to the Help menu and select Toast Titanium Help. It's the complete user manual in PDF format.

In addition to what "pseudonym" indicated, here is an excellent post from "tsantee" with links to several tutorials
