WebTicket 1/19/2010

My mother has a small difficulty with her Roxio Photo Suite 5. She has inadvertantly deleted a small selection of photo's. However, I believe there is a master file containing all photo's which cannot be deleted. Please could you tell me how to access this so that we can restore the deleted files.

Many thanks for your help.

Regards

Sar

See if they are in the recycle bin.   Does she have any backups?  Teach her how to back up files so this doesn't happen again.

There is nothing in Roxio that would be a special master file of deleted files.  You might use Windows search to see if those files are anywhere on the computer.

I don't understand what the web ticket is supposed to signify.  This is not Roxio Tech Services; just a users group.

Sorry if it was a stupid question, I didn't mean to offend, but I didn't know who to ask.  I tried Roxio technical and they gave me this website.

Back up procedures have already been put in place.
