I have the Easy to VHS to DVD software installed on my 17" MacBook Pro. OS is Leopard, 10.5, 2.8 ghz. processor.

I started recording with the "High" setting. After about a minute the capture stopped. I thought it might be too much data for the processor to handle. So I went back and recorded another capture in the "Standard" setting. It worked about 2 minutes before it stopped again. I would have thought that my 17" MacBook Pro would have had the capacity to handle this process. I have about 300 G of unused space on the HD.

Is there a work around for this block?

Are you sure it stopped capturing? Last night I was importing video and the preview screen froze but I still heard sound. I looked in my camera and saw the vide was still going. I stopped it and went through the process of getting the video to iMovie and it was all there. Could that have happened to you?

btw: the registration process on this site just to get here was brutal and obviously not tested properly. Example: I selected "reply" and the message before was quoted. I thought I clicked the wrong thing but I went back and did it again to be sure and there's the quote. This is a very bad reflection on Roxio and a possible indication of the care they put into their products. Very disappointing.

When you click REPLY you are Replying to a specific posting, thus it is quoted… In fact if you hover on it, the popup for that button states "Quote Post"!

Likewise the ADD REPLY at the bottom is to Add to the Topic not to reply to a specific post.

The only thing that doesn't work as expected (I think) is the QUOTE button… If you click on several of them, then the ADD REPLY, all will be quoted in your reply.

This is the way all Invasion sites work as they host the site and wrote the software.

What was wrong with the Registration process?
