I have EMC 7.5 and I am running Windows XP with Service Pack 3, Interner Explorer 8. I have been able to burn DVDs and CDs in the past. Recently we had a computer virus and had to reinstall Windows. In so doing we lost all our programs and had to reinstall all programs including EMC 7.5. I had backed up my DVD, photo and music, and production files prior and reinstalled all of them as well. When I went to burn a copy of one of my previous productions I am getting an error message that says: "DVD Builder has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". Then one of those stupid Windows boxes pops up asking whether I want to send an error message or not to Microsoft. Can anybody tell me what to do here?

I doubt if EMC 7.5 is compatible with IE8, it certainly was not with IE7. Unless you can roll back to IE6, EMC 7.5 will no longer work.
