Are you able to expand on your need? What is the exact issue that you are experiencing?

Toast should not do that unless you have a blank disc inserted. The way to stop auto launching of Toast when a blank disc is inserted is to change the settings in the CDs and DVDs panel in System Preferences. If that isn't the reason that Toast is launching at startup then go to the Accounts panel in System Preferences. You will see a tab for Log In Items. If Toast is in that list, delete it from the list.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
