I am having a terrible time!!! dry.gif  Yesterday I downloaded Sonic DVD for Photo Story 3. I have tried to install it many, many times. Whenever I copy and paste the CD Key number sent to me by Roxio into the serial number field, the installation program tells me it is the wrong number!!! I have tried all sorts of numbers. I have called Roxio (where they nicely are not charging me for the call), but the tech was of no help. He said I would hear from Roxio in a few hours. No such luck.
PLEASE, HELP ME

Louisa, you posted in the PhotoShow forum which is a completely different program from what you have. I have moved the topic to the only forum where your program has been mentioned. Perhaps someone here can help although the CD key problem can only be solved by Roxio/Sonic.

Thank you, Digital Guru. I have tried to get help to no avail. However, will you tell me which forum you placed my request on?
