Please help, have now tried 10 times to get the latest update, and every time I am unsuccessful.  Think I need this as I have an issue with the Disc Cover and the AVCHD archiving since I bought my new iMac Quad Core......

Look at what may be blocking the download.  Firewall, ISP, malware blocker or antivirus (if you have those).   Are you getting any error messages?  Is you download timing out?  Are you sure you don't have the update already?  If you have a corrupt program, you may need to fix that first.
