Cannot access track numbers directly with DVD Music Disc?

I created a DVD music disc using Music Disc Creator in EMC8. It seems to play fine, but I cannot access the track numbers directly by punching the track number on the remote control. Seems I can only skip forward or backward. Is this normal operation?

I've made a few of these and none of them have track numbers on them.If you look at the track list menu it will tell you which track of how many total but I can't access them this way (directly)
