Hi,

I just bought the downloadable version of Toast 10. As I was buying it a web page clearly stated that VAT would be charged to EU based customers. I live and work in Switzerland and that address is the one I used when ordering - in fact it's the only address I have! Switzerland is not in the EU. So, can I have the $7.60 back, please?

Thanks in advance,

Brian.

I moved your post to the Toast 10 forum. You had posted in a totally unrelated forum.

Nobody here has your $7.60, we are just users here, not Roxio support. You will have to contact Customer Service with your problem

Well many thanks for the speedy reply Walt. I posted it in the section marked "Sales Questions" as I, at least, thought that was sort of relevant to that particular question.

Oh well, I'm sure I'll be back here with my related technical questions soon.  :-)

"Sales Question" was a sub-forum of "Qflix and Venue" forum and had nothing to do with your question.. Many of the forums have "Sales Questions" sub-forums.
