toast burning issue cant complete

trying to burn movie and keep getting message say INTERFACE ERROR 5 THE CONNECTION IS NOT STABLE can anybody assist

We are having the same issue, but have recently found a work-around for us:

In the recorder settings turn off Buffer Underrun protection. HAven't had a coaster since
