Error Message

I am using Toast Titanium 9 and got the following message:
The device reported an error
Sense Key=medium error
Sense code=OxOC
Write error
Any idea what this is and how to correct? It did not burn the disc.

This indicates there is a problem with the combination of Toast, the drive's firmware and the brand of blank disc you are using. The error message came from the drive. I suggest trying a different brand of blank discs. Verbatim discs seem to be the most reliable of ones commonly available.
