Transfer from Tivo to Mac are green?

So I tried to transfer over a number of shows and just about all come over as a green screen with strange shapes moving around? I'm sure this is some kind of setting but what should I do?

Update

Just installed 10.0.6 and this seemed to fix the playback issue.
