I recently purchased a Blu-Ray burner/drive for use on a mac for the sole purpose of replacing retrospect and tapes for my companies archiving solution. I need to be able to write to the disc, then after jobs are completed, add to the archive/disc. Is there any way to do this, or am I stuck with waiting till I can fill an entire disk before writing? The problem with waiting is after the start of a new year we still have many jobs that close throughout the year from the previous year so waiting to finish the backup could drag on as much as 6 months into the new year. Hope this makes sense to someone who can help.
Thanks in advance for your help.

You could try using ISO9660 under Data to allow you to burn mutlisession.
