[b]¡Hi..! Please, I'm frustrated with my new Roxio2010, because what I have just installed, download the Servioce Pack 2 and the Menu page can not happen. Exit an icon spinning but the selection does not open. What shuld I do? I do not get anywhere. I have Windows XP 64-Bit. Thank you.

1. You have posted in the wrong forum
2. Are you able to launch any applications by manually going to Programs -->Roxio Creator 2010 --> Applications ?

You should try running a repair from Control Panel. It should revert you back to a No Service Pack state.
