Hi,

When trying to burn dvds with Popcorn, I get hung up in the "preparing" section of the process. Ive tried saving the disc image and burning that way with no luck.

I've also received a medium error/random positioning error. also getting a illegal request/incompatible format error message.

Please help! This is very frustrating!

The errors you are seeing are related to drive or media. What brand of discs are you using?

The error is relevant to media change your media.
