[size=7]My OS is Windows XP.  Downloading to My Tivo Recordings works fine.  Copy and conversion also works.  The transfer to Tivo To Go also works.  The transfer to Ipod fails.  Can't import or transfer file manually.

I am currently using the trial program.  Don't want to buy until I resolve this problem.

It sounds like you might have an old version of the trial software.  There was an old bug that caused newer versions of iTunes to not accept MyTV ToGo converted media.  If you cannot drag and drop your converted iPod shows from your "My Documents\My Videos\MyTV ToGo Files\iPod Shows" into iTunes then make sure you're using the latest version.  (I'm not sure how you could have downloaded an old version but it's my guess...)

You might try to download the latest trial and reinstall.
