Forum Login issues, Part 2

Hello Roxio Forum Members -

Since my last post in April of 2009, we had numerous login issues resolved and I apologize for not updating that post.

Recently, some other issues have cropped up regarding logging in and we have been working with our board service provider to resolve these as quickly as possible. In fact, many have been addressed.

In general, when logging into the forums, please use your Roxio My Account login to do so.

If you need to update your email address, do the following:

1. Go to: http://www.roxio.com...TION/login.aspx

2. Login, then click "Update Member Profile"

3. There is an option to change your email address next to the email field by clicking the link "Email address changed?"

If you are unable to login or your email address doesn't exist, create a new Roxio My Account.
