I've added a second TiVo series 2 DVR to my home network. How do I get TiVo Transfer to recognize it?

I can't find anything in Preferences or elsewhere to add a second Media Access Key, etc.

Does the new box have the same Media Access Key as your other one? It should.

The Media Access Key (MAK) is for your account with TiVo -- and not for a particular box.

Check to see if the 10 digit MAK on both boxes is the same (and you should also be able to transfer recordings among them too). The MAK is shown on the Media Access Key screen on the TiVo inside the System and Account Information screen.

If the MAK's are different, perhaps you have two accounts?
