When I purchased a Samsung Digital video camera some years ago, included within the software was Photosuite 3 SE.
I have recently had reason to completely restore my computer and have reloaded the Photosuite.
I am experiencing some "root" problems and wonder if there is any downloadable patches or free upgrades to solve this problem.
As a Silver Surfer I can not get into too much technical stuff so if there is a simple solution, please post your comments.

To myquqqi,
Sorry for entering the wrong place !!
I saw Photosuite and thought I might get some help here.
The actual message I get when opening a jpeg in Photosuite is in a Microsoft InternetExplorer window and it reads
" Root.html_RouteCall 0:Routing Liquid not found"
If the answer is to go out and get the latest version well so be it.

was it installed on a Windows XP machine? if it was, it's probably not supported... also, the latest version of PhotoSuite only runs on Windows XP Professional, Home or MCE Edition, with Service Pack 2 or later and Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4 or later

Thanks for comments.
I have it on an old Packard Bell Imedia running ME and a Compaq Presario on XP.
I get the same "root" message as previously described on both (occasionally !)
