All of a sudden Toast 6 pops up this error message when I try to copy disks.
"File name" could not be unmounted. All open files and programs on this volume must be closed first."
Any suggestion? I have an eMac, 1GB RAMM, running on Tiger OS 10.4.11.

Do you have any other applications open? Is there something that can be scanning the disc such as a virus application? What kind of discs are they: data, audio, video?
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

No other application is open. iTunes opens when I insert the CD, then I close iTunes. To answer your question about discs, it is a CD. I get the same message when trying to copy a DVD.

Thanks for responding!
