Toast Video Player

I cannot play any Quick Time format video. The only video file it can play is .eyetv proprietary files. I can not get an answer from Roxio Customer service.

You need to access the EyeTV video either by sending to Toast from within the EyeTV application or choosing EyeTV with the top button of the Toast Media Browser to add the video to the Video or Convert window.

I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
