I recently upgraded to Toast 10, and installed the 10.0.6 update. I was going to try using the CD Spin Doctor Audio Capture feature in Toast 10 for the first time, but when installation of CD Spin Doctor got to audio capture support, it failed. As a result, I have CD Spin Doctor installed, but without the ability to capture audio.
I have opened a support ticket, but have typically had horrible luck with Roxio's technical support, so I'm wondering if anyone here has run into this same problem and can suggest steps I might try to help solve the problem.
I'm using Toast 10.0.6 on an iMac G5 with 2 GB RAM and Leopard 10.5.8.
thanks in advance,
Kevin

Go to your System>Library>Extensions folder and delete the CDSDAudioCaptureSuppoort.kext file if it is present. Then go to your User>Library>Preferences folder and delete the com.roxio.CDSpinDoctor6.plist file. Relaunch Spin Doctor and try again to install the audio capture support.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
