Registering Photosuite I cannot register, TSID problem

I wanted to register my Photosuite 5 platinum, however I cannot get it to accept the TSID. I checked and double checked the TSID that is on my CD envelope and very carefully entered it on the Roxio registration site and it say tha number is invalid!!! What now? Do I call someone?

Did you check to make certain that the 0's are not O's, etc.?
Did you just buy this recently? Are you the original owner?
I don't know how much support is available from Roxio for version 5.
