When I burn either a hybrid or "Mac & PC" cd using Toast 7, a file in my Windows bits has its filename shortened because it's 3 characters longer than the Joliet standard.

Is there a "relax Joliet standards" type setting in Toast 10 or any process I can use to avoid Windows file renaming when the Windows(ISO) bits don't meet the Joilet standard?

You might have to choose a Custom Hybrid route where you have option to select Joliet standard for PC portion of the disc. This option can be enabled in the preferences by enabling legacy format.
