Tivo Transfer

I downloaded toast titanum 10 today but could not get Tivo Transfer to load. Error message says" cannot locate Tivo Transfer". I have snow leopard 10.6.2 version. I have down loaded the latest version of titanum10 version 10.0.6. I am fustrated with this software. Please any ideas?????

Try trashing Toast prefs and plist and then go through the Toast Setup Assistant via Help menu. Ensure to check/enable Tivo. If that does not help, check this post.

If you're outside of the US, try setting your time zone to US time zone, then run the setup assistant.

Once you have it installed, you can switch back to your normal time zone.

I have the same issue and I have three different tickets from Roxio to fix this issue. I hope one of them works. If it does I will post what worked for me.
