When archiving AVCHD is it possible to span multiple disc types for more efficient use of disc space?
It's a waste of expensive Blu-ray discs to span 32GB SDHC on to two 25GB Blu-ray discs.

When using 32GB SDHD
I'd like to burn to on 25GB BD-R and an 8GB DVD-DL or 4GB DVD-R if the SDHC card has over 25GB.

Is it possible to insert a DVD-DL or DVD-R instead of a 2nd Blu-ray when doing such archives?

Seems Toast asks for discs of equal size. Given I have 32GB SDHC with 26GB of data that's two BD 25GB discs with the second only getting 1GB. What a waste.
