Restart Wondows - Roxio Graph Notify - Fails to end

Everytime I restart the computer Roxio Graph Notify fails to end on its own and I have to click "end now" for the system to reboot.

Whats up with that?

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Roxio so many times.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Roxio so many times.

I had this error and tried many things but in the end, I uninstalled, removed all Roxio directories and reinstalled and that was it. Wish I could suggest something else.
